Bernard’s Bakery began in 1980 with Daniel Coelho and two business partners producing croissants, danishes, baguettes and other delicious delicate baked goods. Products were hand delivered to all the fine cafes, hotels and restaurants across Melbourne Victoria. In 1993 Daniel became the company’s sole owner and Director, with his Son Phil Coelho joining the business in 2006.
Today Bernard’s Bakery has grown to be a supplier to the major and minor supermarkets, foodservice, QSR’s, Australian Airlines and local businesses. We employ approximately 100 team members. Steve Scott joined the business as General Manager in 2017.
